    Terms & Conditions of AMC Service

    Read our terms of service and repair policy carefully.

    1. This Contract shall not be applicable to any equipment/parts which may have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, accident, wear tear, pest, fire, water, or any other natural calamity. The terms of the Service, as stipulated in the Service Level Agreement (SLA), shall be in accordance with the offer mentioned above.
    2. The applicable taxes – state and service tax will be charged extra.
    3. A contract must be signed to ensure adherence to SLA and payment terms for both parties to proceed with AMC services.
    4. The above mentioned offer advice does not include the data entries, software customization, data corruption, data recovery or lost data due to virus attacks if any. However, we ensure that all necessary steps will be taken to ensure proper functioning of the system.
    5. If parts or equipment fail, they should be repaired at the site if possible, but if unable to do so, they must be returned to our works for repairs. The defective part should be repaired, not replaced.
    6. Secure2pc shall not be responsible for any delays in rectifying the system due to unavailability of spares. However, we guarantee a 90% uptime for the system.
    7. This Annual Maintenance Contract does not cover the shifting or reinstallation of equipment.
    8. This AMC does not include shifting and reinstallation of the application on other machines. However reinstallation of the application software/hardware, if supplied by us will be governed by our offer as above.
    9. If the PC machine for which we have not provided supply or support fails, we will not be held responsible for repairs or delays in support.
    10. We hereby confirm and indicate that we do not provide assistance with the installation of pirated software.
